How to make grilled chicken meatballs
1. Make chicken meatballs by washing chicken breast and cutting into small pieces. Put in a blender along with coriander root, black pepper, white pepper, garlic and egg white. Blend until smooth. Scoop into a container with a lid or cover with a plastic bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight.
2. Bring water to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium. Take the blended chicken breast and shape it into balls with your hands or a spoon as you prefer. Shape into bite-sized balls.
